03 - Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade mixture and toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
04 - Place the marinated drumsticks in a single layer on the prepared wire rack or directly on the baking sheet, ensuring slight spacing between each piece.
05 - Bake the drumsticks for 35 to 40 minutes, turning them once halfway through cooking, until the skin is golden and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
06 - Remove from oven and allow the drumsticks to rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
