02 - Combine the ube halaya and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl, stirring until the mixture is smooth and easily spreadable.
03 - In a separate bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper until creamy.
04 - Spread the ube mixture evenly over two slices of toast, and the mashed avocado over the remaining two slices.
05 - Top each toast with thinly sliced radishes, pomegranate seeds, and fresh microgreens or herbs.
