Chocolate Banana Smoothie (Printable)

# What You Need:

01 - 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

→ Dairy & Alternatives

02 - 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based, such as almond or oat milk)
03 - 1/2 cup plain or Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)

→ Chocolate

04 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
05 - 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

→ Extras

06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 cup ice cubes

# How To Cook:

01 - Add sliced bananas, milk, optional yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to the blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, approximately one minute.
03 - Taste and add more honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
04 - Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
