01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or place a nonstick skillet over medium heat for pan-frying.
02 - Using a rolling pin, roll each slice of bread to about 1/4-inch thickness.
03 - Position a cheese stick along one edge of each bread slice and roll up tightly, sealing the end with a small amount of melted butter.
04 - Brush the exterior of each roll up with melted butter. Combine grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs; sprinkle the mixture evenly over the roll ups.
05 - Place the prepared roll ups seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
06 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp, or pan fry, turning frequently for even browning.
07 - Serve warm alongside marinara sauce or preferred dipping sauce.
