# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The fresh salsa on top keeps the guacamole from turning brown while adding this incredible crunch in every bite
  • Takes literally 15 minutes from start to finish, which means less time in the kitchen and more time with your people
02 -
  • The salsa layer protects the guacamole from oxidation, so it stays green longer than traditional versions
  • Room temperature avocados mash easier and absorb seasonings better than cold ones from the fridge
03 -
  • Leave the pit in the guacamole while prepping if you're worried about browning, though the salsa layer handles this naturally
  • Test one avocado before buying the whole batch, nothing worse than cutting into three disappointing ones in a row
