01 - Place spinach, cucumber, celery, apple, banana, lime juice, ginger, and chia seeds (if using) into blender container.
02 - Pour cold water or coconut water over the ingredients in blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth, approximately 1–2 minutes.
04 - Taste and add honey or agave syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
05 - Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve immediately.
