01 - Combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup (or honey), ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk thoroughly until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
02 - In a small separate bowl, mix together 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey) and 1/2 tsp cinnamon until well combined to create the swirl mixture.
03 - Transfer the yogurt dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle the cinnamon swirl mixture over the top. Using a toothpick or knife tip, gently swirl through the dip to create a marbled pattern.
04 - Arrange apple slices, pear slices, halved strawberries, grapes, banana slices, and orange segments on a serving platter around the dip bowl.
05 - Serve immediately for best results. Alternatively, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day before serving. Allow to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes if chilled.
