# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The lime cuts through the richness of spicy food better than plain water ever could
  • It comes together in minutes but tastes like something you'd wait forever for at a restaurant
02 -
  • Adding lime juice to hot tea can make it taste bitter, so patience with the cooling step actually matters
  • The condensed milk doesn't blend if you dump it all at once, drizzling creates those signature swirls
03 -
  • Roll your limes on the counter before cutting to get way more juice out
  • If the tea turns cloudy, it's totally normal and doesn't affect the taste at all
